I’ve been working recently with Antoine Woods Real Estate and together we shot this beautiful short film highlighting a1922 house built by a harbormaster by hand. It’s totally not a property walk-through video like most real estate videos, but instead we had a brief script and highlighted the story of the house. In fact we shot most of it in the upstairs artist studio which was an old gorgeous wooden room, and we didn’t shoot that much in the main house.

Antoine’s voice is excellent for voice-over work as you can hear. I love the ocean/sea theme and it was a pleasure to film this with Antoine one morning here in Capitola, California.
